Contractor to provide metal fabrication, installation on-site, machining services and supply and/or deliver miscellaneous sheet metal materials for Washington County Facilities on an as-needed basis. Due to the potential market fluctuation for sheet metal and other materials, Contractor to charge materials at their cost to County with allowable mark-up not to exceed 20%. Contractor to provide quote for each metal fabricating job to allow for approval of cost and so parties can agree the work is defined prior to Contractor beginning to accrue time on project. Quote is not a lump sum price as the County requires detailed breakdown of final costs (hours and materials used) upon pick up. Contractor when requested will provide onsite installation of the fabricated goods. Due to the installation location the county will require background check on contractor staff as there are several secured sites where installation may be needed on a more frequent basis.
