Software Requirements All proposed devices must: Be fully compatible with and integrated into PaperCut MF or NG, including: o Find-Me printing o Secure print release o User/department usage tracking Include setup of a virtual fax system, Faxcore and Etherfax preferred with: o Digital send/receive functionality o Email-based or web portal interface preferred o No analog line dependency Service & Support Any agreement must cover a 60-month lease with monthly maintenance, including: All consumables (excluding paper) On-site repairs and parts/labor within 4 business hours Annual preventive maintenance Automated toner replenishment system
