Replace outdated dumpsters and expand the City’s Solid Waste inventory with new, durable, and high-quality containers to improve reliability and service efficiency. Ensure Affordability and Timely Delivery, secure competitive pricing from qualified vendors and guarantee prompt delivery of dumpsters in all required sizes to prevent service interruptions. Provide Fully Equipped, Standardized Units All dumpsters must be delivered fully assembled and equipped with lids, lid rods and nuts, caster pads, and casters (wheels). Final paint colors—green and blue—must be confirmed with the Solid Waste Department prior to production. Provide new commercial dumpsters in sizes 8, 6, 4, 3, and 2 cubic yards. Each unit must include all required hardware, lids, casters, caster pads, and paint per City specifications.
