This a Summary of the request for Roof Investigation continuing services; reference the RFQ and any all other documents and information contained in this solicitation. This document shall provide the School Board of Volusia County Florida (also referred to as the Board or District), with Roof Investigation Continuing Services, in accordance with Section 255.103 and 287.055 F. S., Consultants` Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), where the method of compensation is a Negotiated Fixed Fee, pursuant to contract provisions. The School Board’s intention is to select multiple Firms for roof investigation services. The selected Firm(s) shall provide roof investigation services for various projects throughout the District, on an as-needed basis.
