1. Provide necessary personnel, materials, equipment and transportation to make necessary investigations, measurements, computations and analysis to perform field and office civil engineering services for design of the project. 2. Review Phase I documentation. The Consultant shall include any necessary resubmittals or coordination necessary to extend the design approval timeframe or environmental clearances if required by IDOT or any other jurisdictional agency. 3. Verify existing survey information obtained from the Phase I consultant and provide any supplementalsurvey deemed necessary by the Consultant. 4. Perform geotechnical and environmental soil investigations and analyses in accordance with IDOT requirements as necessary. 5. Obtain clearances and/or permits for all regulatory agencies, railroad, etc. asrequired by the project scope. 6. Coordinate with all utilities potentially impacted by the project and identify/coordinate any necessary relocations.
