SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS 2.8.1 Shall be provided in new condition and shall include all required hardware, software, wiring, probes and other incidentals required to complete installation and connectivity; 2.8.2 Shall be installed, tested and validated on-site by certified technician(s) directly employed by the manufacturer; 2.8.3 Shall be the latest version of hardware and software and from a single manufacturer that specializes in centralized laboratory monitoring systems; 2.8.4 Shall be capable of integration with Building Automation and Control (BACnet) standards; 2.8.5 Shall be designed specifically for real-time environmental parameter sensing and monitoring; 2.8.6 Shall be a fully Windows based system with Structured Query Language (SQL) software featuring Oracle, SQL, and Crystal reports; 2.8.7 Shall be able to support a minimum of 150 data inputs from a combination of laboratory equipment and laboratory rooms; 2.8.8 Shall be expandable to accommodate future expansion needs to monitor additional data inputs, such as additional laboratory equipment and laboratory rooms; 2.8.9 Shall offer comprehensive alarm notifications, event logging, and investigative reporting capabilities; Alarms shall at minimum be audible, email, and phone; 2.8.10 Shall be capable of off-site remote access to the System; 2.8.11 Shall be installed and hosted on-premises; 2.8.12 Shall provide security options that include monitoring system-specific passwords or integration with existing Windows passwords and Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities; 2.8.13 Shall provide flexible installation options, supporting both wired infrastructure and wireless sensor integration to ensure optimal coverage and scalability based on the STATE monitoring needs; 2.8.14 Shall provide monitoring sensors including temperature, humidity, air pressure; 2.8.15 Shall be able to buffer data for a minimum of seven (7) days locally at wireless module or wired panel during communication interruption or main system failure
