Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Utilizing intensive technical assistance centered on inclusion, professional learning, and associated coaching efforts, the Contractor’s Positive Early Learning Experiences (PELE) Center shall support OSPI Program Specialists to collaborate with local schools districts (LEAs) and the Educational Service Districts (ESDs) to increase the continuum of inclusive options within each region creating greater access to high-quality early learning and elementary programs with strategic utilization of Evidence Based Practices (EBP), including Washington Pyramid Model (WAPM), multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) frameworks, Implementation Science, and inclusion supports offered through the Inclusive Practices Technical Assistance Network (IPTN).
