2.1 Vendor shall provide the following mailing services as required. 2.1.1 Bulk mail preparation and processing to include 2.1.1.1 Presorting 2.1.1.2 Delivery to USPS 2.1.2 Mail merging 2.1.3 Envelope stuffing 2.1.4 First-class and standard mail handling 2.1.5 Integration of variable data 2.1.6 Complete mail fulfillment services including: 2.1.6.1 Address merging - vendor shall consolidate multiple address list into master list. 2.1.6.2 Conducting National Change of Address 2.1.6.3 Identifying and fixing of undeliverable addresses 2.1.6.4 Sorting of deliverables by shape, size, and destination 2.1.6.5 Affixing of IMB barcode on mail pieces 2.1.6.6 Walk Sequencing to ensure timely delivery. 2.2 Vendor shall be required to offer mail tracking capabilities for time-sensitive or important mail items such as certified mail or registered mail. 2.3 Vendor shall offer USPS Approved Postage printing and handling. 2.4 Vendor shall offer mail piece insertion for additional materials in a mailing such as brochures and newsletters to put together multi-piece mailings. 2.5 Vendor shall sort and organize outgoing mail. 2.6 Vendor shall perform address verification and standardization of addresses as required. 2.7 Vendor shall be responsible for resolving any issues with returned mail. 2.8 The City is unable to capture every required mailing requirement. City departments may purchase additional miscellaneous mailing services using Section 3 of Form 3 - Cost Proposal Form.
