The Contractor shall: 5.1. Provide professional development services in the following categories, and/or as requested by ADE: 5.1.1. Education. 5.1.2. Instructional Improvement. 5.1.3. Information Technology. 5.1.4. Self-Management. 5.1.5. Personal Development. 5.1.6. Leadership. 5.1.7. Curriculum development. 5.1.8. Learning initiatives. 5.1.9. Skill development. 5.1.10. Effective classroom discussions, learning objectives, tasks, and activities. 5.1.11. Student involvement strategies. 5.1.12. School safety. 6. TASKS The Contractor shall: 6.1. If providing Structured Professional Development services, provide ADE with the curriculum and coursework, as applicable. 6.2. If providing Customized Professional Development services, provide ADE with a planning session to discuss the specific requirements of the Customized curriculum. 6.2.1. ADE will provide materials for the development of customized professional development. 6.3. Provide ADE with Structured or Customized Professional Services details, as follows: 6.3.1. Customize a detailed curriculum/training program outline for the specific ADE requirements. 6.3.2. Create comprehensive teaching and learning materials, including but not limited to: 6.3.2.1. Instructor guides and presentation slides. 6.3.2.2. Participant workbooks/handouts. 6.3.2.3. Videos, articles, research, and exemplars 6.3.2.4. Assessment tools (quizzes, exercises, etc.)...
