BHTC This is the conversion of a 72-bed staff secure re-entry building (currently used only for probation administration) to a Health and Human Services facility that includes a mental health resource center, sobering, detox, and other residential programs. The current project consists of a main building (V-A construction) and four dormitories (V-B construction). 555 GATEWAY This project completes the tenant improvements to the existing 2-story building for use by Probation Child Support Services. While the majority of tenant improvements will be done under a separate contract (including conduit, j-boxes, and frame prep for electric strikes) the scope of this project includes systems furniture and other furniture procurement and installation and associated work.
