1. Personnel Requirements a) The vendor shall provide a minimum of two (2) personnel on-site for each scheduled service to ensure safe and efficient operations. b) Vendor shall ensure Personnel is properly trained in equipment operation, safety procedures, and facility awareness. c) Employees must wear company-issued uniforms or approved attire at all times while working within the complex. Uniforms shall be clean, presentable, and worn in accordance with company standards. d) Employees operating equipment should have a valid driver’s license. 2. Equipment Requirements a) Provide fully operational, high-powered vacuum sweeper trucks with working rotating brushes and functional blowers. b) Equipment must include GPS tracking and all necessary safety features, including lights, back-up alarms, and warning indicators. c) Spare sweepers must be available for immediate deployment to prevent service interruptions. d) Trucks must be clearly marked with company logo, phone number, and unit number. e) Sweeping equipment must ensure wheel loads do not exceed 40 pounds per square foot. f) Backup or replacement equipment must be available to avoid service delays. 3. Service Execution a) Sweeper trucks shall be equipped with power vacuums to be used on all horizontal surfaces within each parking deck to remove grime, leaves, debris, dust, and dirt. b) Sweep entry driveways, aisles, and lanes leading into and away from each deck, ensuring debris is not blown into public streets but directed back into the deck or collection area. c) Use high-powered blowers to push debris from corners, low ledges, and areas inaccessible to sweepers into the sweeper path for collection. d) All collected debris shall be removed from the site and disposed of at the vendor’s designated disposal location in compliance with applicable regulations. e) Work must be conducted professionally, efficiently, and in a manner that maintains the safety and appearance of the parking decks. 4. Performance Standards a) All surfaces shall be free of visible dirt, debris, and excessive dust upon completion. b) Any deficiencies must be corrected within 24 hours at no additional cost to the State. c) Services shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
