1. Prepare SCOPE OF WORK technical specifications for specific projects that could include: asbestos, mold, and lead abatement and remediation. Scope of Work need to conform with state and federal regulations. Project sizes are as follows: a. Small – 0 – 10,000 sq ft b. Medium – 10,001 – 50,000 sq ft c. Large – over 50,001 sq ft 2. Provide onsite monitoring, work observation, visual inspections, and subsequent report preparation of abatement and remediation projects per specific scopes of work. 3. Collect project samples, interpretive written summaries and reports for asbestos, lead and mold abatement and remediation projects. 4. Provide multi-building surveys and related written reports for asbestos and lead containing materials and mold in conformance with state and federal regulations.
