The project includes constructing a new kitchen addition for freezer/cooler units and completing a full kitchen renovation with a new slab, updated equipment, finishes, and utility connections; providing a comprehensive HVAC and controls replacement including new chillers, RTUs, FCU repairs, boiler review, BACnet integration, and utility sub-metering; replacing existing VCT with new LVT and wall base throughout instructional areas and corridors, and replacing rubber flooring in the athletic spaces; renovating the Consumer Science Lab with new flooring, casework, appliances, and power; upgrading fire and life safety systems with a new Notifier voice-evac fire alarm and updated sprinkler components; and completing full restroom remodels along with drain line scoping to verify existing piping conditions.
