Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: SC Dept. of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities - Office of Mental Health is issuing an Intent to Sole Source with Doxy.me to provide software licenses. The South Carolina Office of Mental Health uses Doxy.me to provide critical telehealth services to OMH patients. Doxy.me is integrated with OMH’s electronic health record to provide a secure link and appointment integration for our patients. These appointments are scheduled in advance and the unique, secure Doxy.me information to the patient. If this integration were to be withdrawn there would be severe disruption to patient care as they would not have valid appointment links for the telehealth services. No other vendor has the ability to provide the Doxy.me licenses and integration provided by the Doxy.me vendor.
