Large collections must be disposed. Weed spraying as necessary City code 6.10.030 Weed Control must be followed. Winter Season Dec 1st to March 30th Base bid: Collect and dispose of litter and debris at least once every other week. Bid per storm: Clear all snow from sidewalks within 24 hours after the snowstorm. Salt is prohibited on sidewalks. Snowplow parking lot when snow accumulation on the asphalt is 1 ½” or greater Salt as needed for ice control in parking lot only, but overuse of salt is prohibited. Clippings or salt that is left in gutters, storm drains, sidewalks, parking lots and any other conveyance draining into the storm drain is prohibited according to EPA storm water regulations. 6. Report to the city any evidence of damaged signs, lights, sidewalk, or vandalism. 7. Salt may not be stored on site.
