The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of the existing perimeter fencing at the Olan Thomas Park Warehouse and replacement with new 8-foot-high vinyl coated chain-link fencing with slats for privacy screening, topped with barbed wire; an automated 12-foot-wide sliding gate at entrance; and a new 25-foot X 30-foot carport structure with LED lighting under; and building repairs including roof coating, exterior wall panel replacement, lighting replacement, and other internal and external repairs and building modifications. The drawings and specifications further define the scope of work. The Contractor shall furnish all required equipment, materials, and labor necessary for completion of the work described herein.
