The selected firm shall perform a Condition Assessment of all sidewalks and multi-use paths in the Village ROW, and ingress/egress points to Village-owned public facilities (the Village does not own any parks, the Skokie Park District is a separate entity). The information will be used to formalize the findings in a comprehensive Condition Assessment Report. The selected firm shall establish field teams that will conduct the evaluations based on forms developed by the firm and the Village. All field data shall be compatible with the Village's existing GIS, which the Village will share with the selected firm. At a minimum, the final Condition Assessment Report shall include the following: • Sidewalks, crossings and ROW facilities that comply with ADA requirements and that do not. those • Ingress/egress of public parking facilities that comply with ADA requirements and those that do not. • Recommendations to resolve non-compliance issues. • Prioritized list of improvements using a rating system. Prioritization shall consider coordination with the Village's Capital Improvement Plan. • Itemized cost estimate to resolve non-compliance issues. • Photographic log using hyperlinks to GPS coordinates in GIS. ADA Transition Plan - The PM shall coordinate with the Village in developing the ADA Transition Plan.
