Remove and dispose of all existing flooring materials. o Note: The County will provide tipping at the Morgan County Transfer Station for no fee. • Prepare the subfloor to ensure it meets manufacturer’s standard for installation of the new floor. • Move furniture out of the way to install new floor and return to original location after the new floor is installed. • Product: Revolution Mills – Aspire Collection – Color: To Be Determined (TBD). • Installation Areas: The installation areas will be identified at the pre-bid meeting. Bidder is responsible for measuring the area to determine the amount of material needed. • Install new cove base (color to be determined) • Perform a thorough final clean-up of all work areas, removing all tools, excess materials, and construction debris.
