The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. The general items of work include: Demolition of the existing sidewalk, curb, curb ramp, drainage area, and drinking fountain, site grading, site surveying, building pad preparation for prefabricated restroom building installation, traffic control for prefabricated building delivery and installation, rerouting and upgrading utilities, final utility connections, parking lot cold milling, signing and striping, concrete curb and gutter installation, concrete sidewalk installation, concrete ADA pedestrian access ramp installation, landscape and irrigation installation, and 90 day landscape maintenance.
