Work includes, without limiting the generality thereof, providing all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work shown on the plans including: 1. Complete necessary land survey to stake all improvements 2. Install and maintain all erosion controls. 3. Coordinate police details and traffic control as required to complete the work. 4. Utilize staging area in the paved area and Hen Cove beach parking lot as shown on Attachment B-4. 5. Dredge 350 cubic yards of material at the base of the boat ramp and dispose according to Attachment B-4 or at a pre-approved upload disposal area proposed by contractor and approved by Engineer. 6. Install 6”thick Old Castle concrete boat ramp planks (or equal) according to plans. 7. Install 10’ long aggregate apron with 350-700 lb stones and install new trap rock (100 sf total). 8. Overlay existing bituminous boat ramp with 1-1.5” wearing course to match new boat ramp. 9. Reinstall disturbed signage and appurtenances. 10. Legally disposal of all excess soils and construction debris. 11. Clean up and any incidental remediation required of the work.
