OCVA seeks contractors to plan and conduct a needs assessment for Washington residents who have experienced hurt, harm, or crime. The findings will guide future program funding and help evaluate program effectiveness. The contractor will: Collaborate with OCVA and partners to create and distribute a general survey. Work with subcontractors from priority communities to design outreach and surveys that are culturally appropriate. Analyze data and provide to OCVA in a final report, including summaries and recommendations. Candidates should have experience in community-based research and either established relationships or the ability to quickly build connections with priority communities statewide. Candidates should also have experience in working with Tribes or Nations.
