4.1 Intent of these specifications is to describe and define the services and workmanship required by the County to provide Temperature Control and HVAC Services to maintain, in every respect, the equipment listed and described herein. Details of service not explicitly stated in these specifications but necessarily attendant thereto are deemed to be understood by the bidder and included herein. The contractor shall be required to furnish all material and equipment usually furnished with such services. 4.2 All material and equipment furnished shall be new and in excellent condition. All material and equipment must be approved by authorized County personnel prior to use. 4.3 The County’s interpretation of specifications shall be final and binding upon contractor. 4.4 The contractor shall include in their bid prices submitted herein their cost to remedy all deficient minor items and shall be responsible for the satisfactory functioning of the equipment listed and described herein without extra compensation. 4.5 The County will make no allowance or concession to a bidder for any alleged misunderstanding or deception because of quantity, quality, character, location or other conditions. 4.6 The contractor shall be required to complete all entire work, or any part thereof as the case may be, to the satisfaction of the County, in strict accordance with the specifications.
