Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. This bid, and the award made for service of equipment with single operator and additional personnel as indicated shall be for the benefit of all Departments and Divisions of the Town of Huntington, without restriction. 2. Bidders must submit a list of equipment owned or the network of suppliers they will be getting the equipment from. 3. The response time required is 48 hours from time called. 4. Each bidder shall demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Director or Superintendent of Highways or their designee, that he/she has the proper equipment, sufficient personnel and expertise to conduct the required activities. If using subcontractors, must be able to provide the equipment the subcontractor will be providing. 5. All equipment may be integrated into Town of Huntington project crews and work at the direction of Town of Huntington supervisors. 4. All equipment will be furnished with single operator included, and additional personnel as noted.
