The methods of installation for the services shall be exclusively direct burial. The subdivision developer has provided the following home construction schedule: Construction to start between December 1 and December 10, 2025 5 to 6 home starts monthly for the first few months, then 4 starts per month until build out The first 6 homes are scheduled to be completed in 75 After that completions are scheduled for 95 days after start.
