The HPHA is seeking to upgrade its business software system to a cloudbased software platform. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to procure for a cloud-based public housing management Software as a Service (SaaS) Platform ("software") with artificial intelligence capability to boost productivity with a potential of no less than 50%. The software will be a system of record and system of engagement supporting all critical workflow operations of the HPHA, including without limitation, application for federal/state low income public housing, application for Housing Choice Voucher, and submission of maintenance requests. The goal of this RFP is to select an offeror who can delivery and implement the software platform with the highest quality and in the most expeditious timeframe possible.
