The concessionaire is required to provide a variety of quality prepared hot and cold food, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages appropriate for a full-service restaurant. The variety, quality, and appearance shall be consistent with the New Mexico Environmental Department (NMED) approved foods service standards for comparable food service facilities. The restaurant hours of operation mirror the golf course hours of operation – which can be sunrise to sunset 6 days per week, and 11:00 am to sunset on Mondays during the summer. The golf course is closed on Mondays during non-daylight savings months.
