The City is seeking a qualified Contractor to implement and manage a summer day camp program for youth and teens, to be held at Shaffer Park and/or another suitable City park site proposed by the vendor. The program shall include but is not limited to: • Daily themed recreational, educational, and enrichment activities • Active supervision and safety of all participants • Certified and trained staff (meeting or exceeding industry standards) • Full program registration and fee management • Daily set-up and cleanup of program areas; The Contractor will collect all program revenues directly and shall propose a cost-share or revenue-share model in their cost proposal submittal. PROGRAM GOALS AND OBJECTIVES - The Contractor shall: 1. Provide a safe, inclusive, and enriching day camp environment. 2. Serve approximately 200 participants across youth and teen age groups. 3. Ensure staff meet all required certifications, training, and background checks. 4. Deliver strong communication and reporting to City staff throughout the contract term.
