The County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested and qualified firms to act as the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM), a trusted advisor, to act in concert and in coordination with other project professionals to represent the County’s interests throughout design, preconstruction, and potentially construction and close out of the Future Public Safety Campus (hereafter referred to as the PROJECT). This role will support the County’s Project Manager to ensure that the project is delivered in alignment with program needs, budget, and schedule, while providing independent expertise to support informed decision-making. The County is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, professional service to the County. Subconsultants will not be accepted.
