A. OVERVIEW The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for as described in this Request for Proposals. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. B. STATEMENT OF NEEDS The purpose of this contract is to provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair for Drain and Sewer at various locations throughout the State. Preventative Maintenance and Repair services shall include: labor, materials, supplies, supervision and subcontracted services that will allow for the successful bidder(s) to maintain all covered equipment in prime operating condition, consistent with manufacturer’s service recommendations.
