The Kaolin Park Expansion – Maintenance Building project includes site work, clearing and grubbing, tree and stump removal, grading, erosion control, storm drainage, fencing, gravel paving, concrete paving, and a metal shop/maintenance building with utilities. This Maintenance Building Project includes approximately 0.9 acres of land disturbance in order to accommodate the building and site work associated with the maintenance building. The maintenance building is approximately 4,000 square foot single story pre-engineered metal storage building. The building will not require heated and cooled air conditioned space, but does require mechanical ventilation. The scope also includes general site preparation and clean up.
