The Contractor shall have each property tested for Asbestos and provide a copy to the City of Florissant of the sampling survey conducted. The work shall consist of providing supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and services required to remove and dispose of all asbestos contained in the following properties: 1475 Carla Dr. - Multi-Family - In Special Hazard Area - AE (100yr Floodplain) 1285 Washington Dr. - Residential 1440 St. Anthony Ln. - Residential Said work is to be completed in accordance with all applicable federal and state rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of the contractor to assure that all hazardous materials encountered during the demolition or grading of the project are properly disposed of.
