This proje ct consists of two structures at different locations. One is a 2,850± sf, mixed-use, wood frame, two story building located at 125 Somerset Rd., Nantucket. The ground floor consists of a 3-bay vehicle/equipment storage. The 2nd floor consists of office spaces, kitchenette, bathroom, and janitor closet. Other work at this location includes: site work, utility connections, installation of an on-site innovative sanitary system. The other structure is a 2,350± sf, single story, wood frame, unconditioned storage building located at 166 Hummock Pond Rd. Other work at this location includes: site work, underground utility connections and asphalt paving. Both structure's designs have been approved by the Nantucket HDC.
