The proposed design speed is to be reviewed by the Consultant and the County and finalized after initial data gathering has been completed. Hydraulic analysis is to be completed per Chapter V of the NDDOT Design Manual and the County’s design standards. Detailed temporary traffic control plans are to be prepared and coordinated with the County. The selected Consultant is to prepare utility location and conflict plans and assist with utility coordination.
