The Contractor shall pick-up, transport and deliver Specimens from Collection Centers to SPHL daily no later than two (2:00) p.m. All Specimens picked up must be delivered on the same day obtained from the Collection Centers. No overnight holding or next-day delivery is permitted. If the Contractor is unable to meet the daily 2:00 p.m. delivery deadline (Deadline), it must notify the designated Client Agency contact at least one (1) hour prior to the Deadline, providing an updated delivery time. The Contractor shall be responsible for following the approved courier route schedule as provided by the Client Agency. If the Client Agency pick-up location differs from the Collection Centers, the Client Agency shall inform the Contractor one (1) day prior to the pick-up addition or change in location.
