The successful contractor shall provide full Cooling Tower Service and Maintenance for all buildings listed in Exhibit A, including but not limited to: 2.1 Cooling Tower Maintenance ● Routine Inspections: Perform regular inspections to assess the condition and performance of the cooling towers. ● Cleaning: Implement cleaning procedures to remove scale, debris, and biological growth. ● Repairs: Address any mechanical or structural issues promptly. ● Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance and water quality parameters. 2.2 Pro Moss Treatment ● Implementation: Introduce Pro-Moss treatment into the cooling towers. ● Monitoring: Regularly assess the effectiveness of the Pro Moss treatment. ● Reporting: Provide detailed reports on water usage, cycles of concentration, and chemical usage reductions. 2.3 Compliance and Reporting ● Ensure all activities comply with local environmental and safety regulations. ● Provide monthly reports detailing maintenance activities, water quality parameters, and treatment effectiveness.
