4.1.1. Provide an all-inclusive service cost to provide Agricultural and Livestock Supplies, to include but not limited to; all required material, necessary. ADCRR will not reimburse any other expenses. 4.1.2. Receipt of a Purchase Order is required prior to the scheduling of services. Services are not permitted without the issuance of a purchase order. 4.1.3. The Contractor is required to provide pricing for the herein specified services 4.1.4. Discount off Catalog price for any additional agricultural and livestock supplies offered. 4.1.5. Provide a digital copy and/or a website link for the manufacturer's most current price list with the Offerors submission, see Attachment 5 Questionnaire. 4.1.5.1.
