x This work consists of providing all equipment, preventative maintenance on a scheduled basis, when needed. x All factory installed safety equipment shall be in place and operational. The Forklift specifications and terms are as follows: Forklift shall be L.P. for Region 2 & 4. Forklift shall have pneumatic tires. Forklift shall have 86/186 Full Free Mast. Forklift shall have 42 Inch Forks. Forklift shall have an Operating Sensor System which consists of Lock out Lift, Lower Tilt Sideshifter, Lift Truck travel (forward/reverse) if operator leaves seat, and Emergency Brake Warning Alarm if operator leaves lift without setting brake. Forklift shall have a Safety package which consists of Dual Rearview Mirrors, Back up Alarm, Strobe Light & Seatbelt. Forklift shall have lights package which consists of 2 front and 1 rear flood lights, LED work Lights and Stop Lights. Forklift shall be no older than five (5) years.
