The Procurement Office of the Town of Barnstable on behalf of the Hyannis Golf Course, Barnstable Golf Division of the Community Services Department, is soliciting responses from interested parties for the disposition, by license, of the food and bar concession at the Hyannis Golf Club. The space for lease consists of approximately 5,700 square feet which includes a kitchen, storage areas, bar and lounge area, a large dining (banquet/function) room, snack bar, and office space located inside the clubhouse, and 1,376 square feet of deck space outside. The large banquet room and adjoining covered patio provides a spacious area for year-round functions with panoramic views and easy access to Route 6 Mid-Cape Highway. It is strategically located on Route 132 in Hyannis, MA. A thirty-six-month (36) month license is being offered, from February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2028, with one (1) separate additional thirty-six-month (36) month license option to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Town of Barnstable, for a potential license term of seventy-two (72) months.
