- - The Successful Proposer shall perform and/or be responsible for the following services, including, but not limited to the following: - Securing all required permits and approvals, including building, electrical, environmental, and zoning. - Complying with all interconnection requirements of Atlantic City Electric (ACE). - Scheduling and successfully completing all jurisdictional and utility inspections. - Attending and participating in any public hearings before the Planning Board or other local authorities, as required. - Provide fully managed solar PV energy system development services, including: Site assessment of all facilities to determine feasibility and system design requirements. Comprehensive assessments should include evaluations of, but not limited to: shading, tilt, orientation and other factors affecting energy generation, identification of electrical, mechanical, structural and other site-specific considerations that could impact cost or feasibility System design, engineering, and construction, including equipment selection and specifications, system layouts, permanent installation plans, and a project schedule with key milestones. - Financing and ownership arrangements, including securing necessary funding, labor, services, and equipment. - Permitting and approvals to ensure compliance with all local, state, federal, and utility requirements, including but not limited to approvals from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), New Jersey Pinelands Commission, and any applicable wetlands or land use regulatory agencies. Commissioning, monitoring, operation, and maintenance of the systems after installation. - Safety, quality, and construction standards, including establishing and maintaining best practices, OSHA compliance, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Deliver turnkey solar PV energy systems that meet all applicable codes and standards and provide reliable, cost-effective, and environmentally responsible energy generation for the Authority.
