As part of a recent settlement with opioid companies, the Town has decided to pursue work on its community education campaign. Working with the Director of Public Health, acting as the Opioid Abatement Coordinator, the vendor will work to refine the existing community education campaign. Furthermore, the vendor will be responsible for developing a variety of types of marketing (content, digital, event, or print) so that the audience has multiple opportunities to engage with the message. In addition to providing the above work, the successful vendor will develop engaging and visually appealing public-facing materials. As part of the proposal, the vendor will be expected to identify key performance indicators to measure the campaign’s success and track performance throughout the campaign’s duration. After closeout of the campaign, the vendor will then analyze and synthesize data collected and write a Summary Report after the campaign’s fifteen (15)- month run. Within two (2) weeks of the end of the campaign, the vendor will be expected to deliver a printed and electronic draft report to the Department. Not later than two (2) weeks from the Department’s acceptance of the draft report of findings, the vendor shall provide the Department with one (1) pdf copy of the report. In addition to the presentation of the draft and final annual reports to the Department, the vendor will be expected to attend up to two (2) additional meetings with the Health Director. The vendor will be expected to routinely respond to Department telephone and/or e-mail inquiries within one (1) business day of the Department inquiry.
