1. Contractor shall furnish and install all parts and components that are manufactured and/or approved by Freightliner unless otherwise specified in this agreement. 2. Contractor shall provide qualified service and repair technicians that are A.S.E. certified (or equivalent) to perform all services and/or repairs to Freightliner Trucks under the terms of this agreement in the manner specified and in accordance with the manufacturers’ specifications. 3. Contractor shall perform all repairs and services to Freightliner trucks including any engines, transmissions and/on-board specialized equipment included in the original specifications of the Freightliner manufacturer, in a manner approved and endorsed by the OEM Freightliner manufacturer. 4. Contractor shall provide safe and acceptable storage for equipment kept overnight for repairs. 5. Contractor shall provide a six (6) month warranty period for parts and labor on all repairs and services perform in their facility. 6. Contractor shall honor all manufacturers’ warranties and/or recalls on parts and components installed. 7. Provide road call services at the hourly labor rate quoted on the bid form. 8. Provide on-site repairs and/or services (if practicable) on warranty repairs/services, emergency repairs and/or diagnostic services at the hourly labor rate quoted on bid. 9. The contractor shall provide repair parts and components at the percentage discount off the manufacturer’s suggested list price as quoted on the bid form. 10. Contractor shall provide repairs estimates before repairs are authorized.
