Part 1 - Statement of Needs The services to be provided shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Legal Services: A. The Vendor shall provide legal services to the City of New Orleans in actions wherein the City is a creditor. This shall include, but not be limited to, representing the City in Bankruptcy actions wherein the debtor owes delinquent ad valorem taxes; filing a timely proof of claim on behalf of the city; other related legal services needed by the department. B. The Vendor shall provide services under the direction of the Department of Treasury and formal approval of the City Attorney. During any and all of the aforementioned representation, no decision shall be made without prior approval of consent of the City Attorney.
