The consultant tasks are expected to include: survey, geotechnical investigations, environmental planning and permitting, cultural resources review and permitting (GEO 21-02 or Section 106), preparation of preliminary and final engineering plans and specifications including bid documents, construction cost estimates, utility accommodation & planning, stormwater mitigation design meeting 2019 Dept of Ecology Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington, coordination with granting agency (WSDOE), design report creation, grant reporting, and other related project tasks. The City may elect to award the Construction Management portion to the selected consultant as well. This could include standard assistance during construction, archaeological monitoring, construction inspection and/or full Construction Management.
