• Standard Portable Restrooms – Each portable restroom supplied shall include a completely self-contained chemical toilet, urinal, hand sanitizer, and toilet paper in a polyethylene shelter. Each unit shall rest on skids with the ability to be supported firmly in place on a leveled spot with provisions for securing the unit by its transport skids. All structural components of the restroom, such as roof, walls, floor, door, and tank components shall be contained in the shelter assembly. The door shall have the ability to be locked when occupied. Venting for the holding tank and wall mounts for toilet paper dispensing shall be an integral part of the unit. The shelter shall be constructed of polyethylene plastic or other equally durable or stronger materials. All seams shall be caulked and otherwise sealed to prevent weather damage or leakage. Waste containers shall be fabricated from impervious materials such as plastic, steel, fiberglass or their equivalents. Containers shall be watertight and capable of containing the waste. • ADA Wheelchair Compliant Restroom – an American with Disabilities Act (ADA) wheelchair compliant portable restroom must be made with easy, roll-in ground level access. Each unit must have a spacious interior that allows wheelchair. The door of each unit must be self-closing and extra wide to accommodate wheelchair entry. Each unit must have smooth handrails throughout the interior, a privacy latch, locking capability, occupancy indicator, and a hand sanitizer. • Handwashing Stations – Each station will be completely self-contained, two (2) person station. Each unit shall include a self-contained water tank, soap dispensers, and paper towel dispensers. The awarded vendor will provide all soap and paper towels. Each unit should be anchored and include drain plugs and lockable fill caps. Portable potable water containers shall be fabricated from impervious materials such as plastic, steel, fiberglass or their equivalents. Containers shall be watertight and capable of containing the portable potable water.
