The proposed facility is anticipated to be approximately 4,000 square feet and will include: Facility Components • Ambulance Bays o Indoor, climate-controlled storage area for four (4) ambulances • Crew Quarters o Two (2) bedrooms with capacity to sleep up to eight personnel o One (1) restroom facility • Storage & Apparatus Areas o Space to store medical supplies, secured area for medications, tools, and equipment • Common Areas o Kitchen and day room/lounge space • Administrative Space o 1 supervisor’s office, workspaces, and a small conference room Required Design Disciplines The selected firm will be responsible for providing or subcontracting: • Architecture • Structural Engineering • Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) • Site/Civil Engineering • Code compliance review and permitting assistance • Construction administration services
