The selected provider shall deliver Microsoft-certified training services to College of DuPage employees through a combination of virtual and in-person sessions. Training topics will include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft CoPilot. Offerings must include flexible scheduling and delivery options to accommodate various staff schedules throughout the academic year. Training delivery requirements include: • Instructor-led, Microsoft-certified training sessions (in-person, virtual, or blended formats). • Courses designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced users. • Access to official Microsoft learning materials and post-training resources. • Certificates of completion for all participants. • Post-training evaluations and summary reports of participant satisfaction and learning outcomes. • An easy-to-use training registration mechanism that allows COD staff and faculty to view upcoming sessions, register, drop, or reschedule courses, and receive confirmation and reminder notifications. o The registration system may be vendor-hosted or integrated with COD’s existing scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or HR systems), subject to COD approval. o The platform must support customizable participant fields (name, department, role, skill level) and generate attendance lists (available in .csv or .xls format) for each session.
