The College of DuPage is purchasing an Audio Digital Mixing Console for its McAninch Art Center. Demo systems or refurbished units will not be considered. Product installation is NOT required as part of this bid. All bidders must be an authorized dealer in the College of DuPage region for the products specified. Items are to be awarded as a total package to the lowest responsible bidder of the specified or ownerapproved substitution products. Suppliers interested in providing bids using other manufacturers may submit alternative material that can be demonstrated as equal to the basis of design in terms of electrical requirements, quality, features, size, accessories, durability, and applicable product warranties. If you are bidding as an alternate manufacturer, you must provide complete specifications, descriptions, and pictures of alternate items when bidder questions are due on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, by 12:00 p.m. Central Time via a Product Substitution Form (See Attachment A of this bid document). No substitutes will be considered after this deadline. The College will issue an addendum shortly thereafter identifying any approved substitution requests for the products specified and prior to final bids being due on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Central Time. This award of the scope for this bid package is intended to be approved by the Board of Trustees, Thursday, January 15, 2026. Purchase order will follow shortly thereafter. Firms providing bids are required to deliver the items specified above to the College Warehouse no later than June 30, 2026.
