Service and maintenance agreement for five (5) LineV Clearpass Full Body Scanning Systems. These scanners are mission-critical security assets deployed within correctional facilities to detect contraband and enhance staff and offender safety.. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, travel, and OEM parts necessary to deliver comprehensive service and maintenance for five (5) LineV Clearpass Full Body Scanning Systems. Services shall include, but are not limited to: Repair Services On-site corrective maintenance for equipment malfunctions and system failures Diagnostic evaluation and restoration of scanners to full operational status Preventative Maintenance Scheduled inspections and servicing at manufacturer-recommended intervals Testing, calibration, and adjustments to ensure optimal performance Technical Support Remote and telephone technical assistance during standard business hours Escalation procedures for emergency issues requiring immediate response Software and firmware updates Installation of manufacturer-issued updates and patches Verification of successful implementation and system performance following updates OEM Parts Replacements Supply and installation of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts as required All replacement parts shall be new and certified for use in LineV Clearpass systems
