• Provide Festival Plaza patrons with an expansive, varied and convenient menu of prepared and/or pre-packaged food items, beverages and seasonal assorted products as approved by the Commissioner of General Services. These services must be available at special events scheduled and performed at Festival Plaza. • Provide a varied menu of prepared and pre-packaged food and drink items in these specific categories. Each of these foods and beverage themes will operate from its own separate concession container. • Barbecue and smoked foods • A beer garden or similarly themed venue with craft beers. • Wine Bar • Hamburgers, Hotdogs and Soft Drinks • Coffee, Tea, Donuts and Pastries • Ice Cream, Italian Ice and frozen deserts • Merchandise • Other food/beverage themes may be proposed and will be considered • Provide the Town with suitable sustainable and reliable income for the opportunity to provide retail food and beverage products as noted above. All proposed income shall be a “flat fee” and not a percentage-based fee schedule based on sales, concession revenue or profits.
