University seeks a programming and numeric computing platform and services that comply with and provide for the following required specifications: 2.1.1. Numerical computing; 2.1.2. Data analysis; 2.1.3. Algorithm development; 2.1.4. Customizable 2D and 3D visualization; 2.1.5. Simulink integration; 2.1.6. Single sign on ability; 2.1.7. Conforms to W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA and Section 508 (2018 Revision) standards; 2.1.8. Complies with student privacy regulations as specified within the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) rules and regulations; 2.1.9. End-user training; 2.1.10. Configuration, implementation and documentation consulting; 2.1.11. The assignment of a project or account manager who will be the sole point of contact for implementation and configuration assistance; and 2.1.12. The proposed platform must have a campus-wide, flexible licensing model. 2.1.13. The proposed platform must be a no-development, out-of-the-box SaaS and/or silent-installable software solution. 2.2.
